Upon inspection of the 2 1inch pipes I was able to determine that there was no Electrical wiring inside once I cut the electrical pipes They were full of water and compromise. We determine best way to resolve its issue cut electrical pipes out of the way so they are no longer an issue.

6/19/2024 Today we came out and diagnosed that they were broken pipes that were supposed to be feeding a pole light and the pool area that is currently under construction. in order to fix this, we had to cut back the pipe put couplings on it and used one new 90 in order to get the stub ups into our new weatherproof 1900 box with weatherproof blank cover. The three conduits that were there were three-quarter sized so all the fittings we brought, including the box were all three-quarter as well. The customer also wanted us to put an outdoor GFI with a bubble cover onto the same polite so that it could be used for additional Holiday Lighting. The customer also showed us that there was a broken pipe coming from the electrical room that’s underneath the slab that is now cut open and already trenched out so we are able to access where the broken pipe is in order to do any repairs. The size of the pipe that was broken is three-quarter, and it had three circuits in there and two neutrals with

I believe there is only low-voltage and a overlook of all connections before generator can be tested and ran. Upon inspecting closet, light fixture, I was able to observe the fixture was not secured properly to ceiling. Unproper fasteners were used after removing the fixtures and using proper fasteners which are toggle boats. I was able to secure fixture properly.

Customer called about loss of power after thoroughly troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. I was able to determine that customers power was off after power outage because FPL shut her power off due to nonpayment After helping customer communicate with FPNL and walking her through the steps to pay, her power has been restored. In addition customer does have an FE breaker which I informed her of also informed her that we need to get in touch with the board of directors the main meter bank of the whole apartment unit is FPE.

I unstrapped and rotated the photocell underneath the soffit, so it would appear to get darker sooner The lights should come on about a half hour earlier tonight. The customer said he would be here during the meeting and we tried to get outside and look and see how much sooner they come on.
