Call was for AC air condenser only being supplied 120 from two pole 30 amp breaker after troubleshooting and diagnosing. I determine the two pole 30 amp breaker failed and needed to be replaced. Once replaced AC air condenser was supplied Proper power and kicked on. This was a recent panel removing replaced that we did so breaker is covered by warranty.

Claim $69.00 service fee, they don’t tell you there is an additional $135.00 diagnostic fee. You will pay $204.00 dollars just to walk through the door. I had a tripped circuit breaker, the tech. Was there 2 minutes and he charged me the $135.00 extra because he diagnosed the problem.

Your service representative arrived on time and was very friendly and listened to what was not working at our ice cream shop . He looked at everything and went outside to send this information to his office for an estimate . I needed a 4 foot bulb and a small ballast for my display freezer. The ballast was a small round fuse like structure. Outside half of my sign the lights wouldn’t turn on . Again I needed a ballast and two six foot bulbs . When I got the estimate it was for approximately $1,400. This was way more than we could afford and I was taken aback by the amount of the estimate . I’ve had bulbs replaced before on our outside sign and it cost around $250 to get it done . I believe Suncoast is an excellent company , has excellent reviews and their service technician was knowledgeable and very professional . I just cannot afford their prices . It was between paying my rent or getting the bulbs repaired and unfortunately I have to wait until later to get the lights fixed .
